Psychotherapy is an evidence-based scientific practice that helps with positive life changes and symptom relief. We all have behaviors, thoughts, or relationships that we would like to change — however, simply wanting that change is often not enough. Desire for change is a great beginning, but actually implementing, and then maintaining, those changes can be the bigger challenge.

Message from Gina

I imagine you are visiting this page because you or a loved one is having difficulties. Everyone, including me, goes through times when some extra clarity, insight, and support is needed. Whether it is to help reach a goal, alleviate some type of emotional pain, or navigate a destructive pattern or relationship — reaching out is a brave first step toward gaining agency in your life and working toward a sense of peace. Support and connection can be foundational in our growth and journey and — whether you are here for psychotherapy or mindfulness training — I am so very glad you are here.

As your therapist, I will support you in creating long-term positive change. Together, we will bring clarity, compassion, and healing to your internal and external patterns (both the patterns that may be serving you, and those that are frustrating, overwhelming, and painful) working towards a more grounded, joyful, and present life.

Every person is different, and it is important for you to work with someone you feel you can trust and fit with. If you are thinking about scheduling an appointment, I encourage you to give me a call for a free phone consultation.

I think it's great that you are bravely looking for positive change in your life and I look forward to working with you.
