Founder & Owner

Gina Rossini, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in psychotherapy, mindfulness practice, clinical leadership, supervision, and program development. She is the founder and owner of both Gina Rossini Private Therapy Practice and the Full Bloom Center for Integrative Therapy and Mindfulness, where she provides private psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups and structured mindfulness-based training.

Gina earned her Master's degree in Social Work from New York University (NYU) and has been clinically licensed since 2009. Her clinical approach integrates humanistic and evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies. She is trained and certified as a trauma-informed Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) instructor through Brown University and maintains a longstanding personal mindfulness practice, which also informs her clinical and teaching work.

In addition to private practice, Gina has held senior clinical and administrative roles across a range of settings, including serving as Director and Clinical Director for evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) outpatient mental health practices, the largest outpatient addiction treatment clinic in New York City, and a New York State Office of Mental Health residential program serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. She is a SIFI-certified clinical supervisor and has provided clinical supervision at various clinics in New York City for both post-grad clinicians seeking independent clinical licensure and graduate students. She has served as a Clinical Adjunct Instructor and Field Supervisor at NYU graduate programs in Clinical Social Work and Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Field Supervisor for Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Work.

Gina has contributed to the broader mental health field through service on addiction and mental health advisory boards in New York, development and implementation of anger management and addiction treatment curricula for youth and adults, and participation in media and public education initiatives.

Born and raised in Oregon, Gina values connection to nature and balance in daily life. She is a marathon runner, a mother, and one of nine siblings. She brings warmth, empathy, clarity, and humor to her work, and is deeply committed to the well-being of her clients and the communities she serves.

My Approach

I practice from a multidisciplinary, integrative approach, tailoring treatment to each individual.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience, and I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person's unique path. I believe deeply in every person's capacity to grow and change, and I see my role as a guide — supporting you in better understanding yourself and moving toward the life you want.

My work is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, combining practical tools with deeper exploration to support meaningful, lasting change.

Mindfulness is often a foundation of the work we do together, helping build self-compassion, awareness, and emotional balance. At the core, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to show up fully as yourself.
